  • I took poorly this morning I called and they made me an appointment because the symptoms got worse my daughter called 111 and they sent me to A and E and I didn’t get chance to cancel my appointment
  • Clean tidy waiting room. Didn’t wait for long. Lovely dr who actually listened and showed interest

  • The length of wait for someone to answer the phone was 35 minutes but once I was through the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She made me a face to face appointment for the same day. At the appointment which was running 10 minutes late, the clinician, Michelle was very helpful and kind

  • The surgery has improved well over past few years. Nice to have a water machine. Have seen the same dr many times this yr which is good instead of seeing different ones all the time! The staff are working well also.
