New Dr Surgery

I moved out of my existing GP's area and joined this Surgery in September 18. I have several ongoing health needs and have always been offered an appointment whenever necessary. Receptionists have always been polite helpful and compassionate. I have been seen by nurse practitioners and nursing staff who have been equally professional. Both I and my Husband are very happy with the service provided

Great service

I have always managed to get an appointment , especially for my 3 children. One who suffers with asthma, and is always treat straight away and given what she’s needed to prevent an hospital stay. When ever I’ve needed a prescription etc it’s always done. The staff are always helpful. I even changed surgery’s when I moved house as it was 2 bus rides to get there for me. As soon as I passed my driving test I moved me and my 3 children straight back to the surgery. Never had a problem . The surgery have always dealt with any of my queries and appointments with efficiencyy and always been friendly and helpful.

Positive Review

I have nothing but praise for my recent experience of the team on reception.

I am always able to get through to speak to someone when I need to and they provide me with all the information I need. Even phoning to provide me with updates as and when required. You are kept waiting on the phone sometimes but I’d imagine it’s only because they are busy.
