During my recent interactions with the surgery although I've had some delay when telephoning the time does seem to have improved and the manner of the staff answering has been better than my previous experiences When at the surgery the reception staff have been very helpful sorting a busy schedule of appointments for me These appointments have been with the nurses who as always have provided excellent care

Quick sign in for appointment, professional and polite staff. I felt listened to and heard by the GP who has been very supportive. Never had any problems with this practice and feel safe in their care

As i get anxiety when i. Having a blood test. The lady got me straight away normally it takes at least 5 goes. My veins are hard so was so grateful we got 6 vials of blood. Thank you

Friendly staff on reception, massive marked improvement from past receptionists.When arrived checked in friendly and seen quickly even though we arrived early. Daughter was happy with doctor and the outcome. Only reason why she states it's not a 1 as the physio takes time to come through. Joys of children and instance access!

Good morning, I'd like to highlight the positive experience I had with Elizabeth Balogun earlier this morning for a blood test. This blood test had to be re-booked due to difficulties as my veins are quite small, and I ended up in Nurse Balogun's care. I'm pleased to say that this appointment was delightful, she made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job with the bloods. She ensured cleanliness and offered reassurance. I'd also like to mention that Michelle Grant's appointments are also very thorough, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients which puts my nerves at ease. Only my experience the morning cancel my point 20 mins before appointment I walk all way up as it take that long with bad back pain which is not good when people have to leave early to get up doctors where doctor could have text message if they can't get hold of you by phone as when you try ring them back your in a long queue so time you get thought your up doctor where it take along time to get up there and get told it cancel so it would be better if you text or you give a different number to call you on if your appointment gets cancelled

I was seen by a doctor, who followed up notes given after a recent visit to A&E and arranged next step stages with the necessary specialist teams. Receptionist was very polite & helpful. Doctor very thorough.

I arrived there was two receptionists who had their windows closed . Even if you wanted to talk to themYou felt you could . The machine to check in was easy to use but as someone who hardly attends the GPs you felt dismissed . Apart from that was seen about 10mins after my appointments and both ladies were very nice and professional

I got a same day appointment, the nurse I saw was quite thorough and took the time to listen and ask questions. I think she could have been a bit friendlier, and a prescription for antibiotics was supposed to have been put through but wasn't, so I went to collect them and they weren't there. It was all sorted very quickly though. The nurse I saw that took my bloods today was incredibly kind and reassuring, and had an exceptionally calming demeanour that made even an anxious patient like me feel much more relaxed. Everyone I met was very helpful. Thank you!

30 minute wait after my scheduled appointment time. But the GP himself was OK, professional and caring but I felt a bit like a visitor than a patient. But from my previous surgery, the care and everything is better by miles

I visited the Surgery with my other half on the 21st of January 2025 for an appointment at 0940hrs we arrived 5 minutes early. As at 0932hrs, we were still waiting. It would have been beneficial for the patient's display screen to update the poor patients waiting that clinicians are running behind time. This is a standard requirement and courteous. Rather than leaving them sitting staring at a blank space when they may either be anxious about their health problems or the delay your service has caused to their next plans. I would like to highlight that when a clinician/ employee ran behind schedule it naturally impacts on the care they provide for the rest of their shift. Which leads to poor patient experience. Thank you

The best surgery with great GPs. I am thrilled to be a patient of this surgery. GPs here are very professional and provide person-centred care without any judgement. I am happy with the GPs here. They not only say but also practice holistic care towards their patients, and all GPs have good listening skills and respect patient views. Other surgeries should learn from them. They are perfect examples of how a surgery should run respectfully and with dignity. GPs are excellent; this shows in their other admin staff and practice staff's excellent conduct towards their patients.
